Skills For Life

We provide self defence classes that nurture and expand on your child’s learning and development. Our age specific program delivers a safe and fun class. We follow detailed lesson plans with specific aims and objectives. Each lesson revises on key skills and add new experiences to challenge and expand child development.

Our kids self defence classes are separated into smaller age groups to ensure that we are providing quality tuition for each child. We run classes with a maximum of 8 students per class.

3 - 6 yrs

The kids 3 to 6 year old program is for kids who are active and love exploring their physical abilities.

7 - 10 yrs

Our kids 7 to 10 year old program is designed to highlight agility, technique, courage, intensity, flexibility, perseverance, speed and concentration. Training develops character and discipline, social skills, positive attitudes to learning and the courage to have a go.

11 - 14 yrs

Kids aged 11 to 14 year old are undergoing many changes. This is the perfect age to encourage children’s confidence to make good choices, and apply their skills and strengths responsibly.

Self Defence For Schools

The Self Defence For Schools Program is suitable for children as young as 3 years old to college, and university students. We manage the program to according to age and group energy.

Kinder Program

Ideal for kids who are active and love exploring their physical abilities. Kids 3 - 5 years old learn about confidence, listening, awareness and respect by immersing themselves in fun themed games.
