If you think your child may be interested in attending classes please fill in the Book Now form. We will take your child through the Introductory Course which covers basic self defence skills to give them confidence right away. The first lesson will be one-on-one with an instructor. Their second lesson will be with the group to give them an idea of how classes are run.
How do we start?
Simply book your introductory course using the the Book Now form. This way we can introduce ourselves and help make your child feel comfortable with their surroundings. We will teach some basic skills so when they attend the group class there is a smooth transition.
How many children are in each class?
We focus on quality classes and therefore have a maximum of 8 students per class. This way, we can be sure to be completely engaged with your child.
Can I take photos in class?
Yes, photos are encouraged especially because this is a special class. We do ask that you try to keep your child in the frame without having other children in the photo unless you have permission from their parent / guardian.
