Description
Our kids aged 11 to 14 year old are undergoing many changes. This is the perfect age to encourage children’s confidence to make good choices, and apply their skills and strengths responsibly.
Classes are age specific, safe and supportive, and teach lifelong foundations in listening and confidence.
As children start to transition into teenagers and secondary school, our program helps them face new challenges, deal with conflict and develop independence. With encouragement, children develop focus, but also the boldness to dream, and believe that their dreams can become reality through commitment and physical determination.
Class Focus:
- confidence in their own abilities
- reinforce important life themes
- development of flexibility, speed and techniques
- antibullying themes
- community and friendship building

Book NowFAQs
How do we start?
We like to book your child in for a private lesson before they attend a group class. This way we can introduce ourselves and help make your child feel comfortable with their surroundings. We will teach some basic skills so when they attend the group class there is a smooth transition.
How many children are in each class?
We focus on quality classes and therefore have a maximum of 8 students per class. This way, we can be sure to be completely engaged with your child.
Can I take photos in class?
Yes, photos are encouraged especially because this is a special class. We do ask that you try to keep your child in the frame without having other children in the photo unless you have permission from their parent / guardian.
