Holding your own private self defence party is perfect for groups of 4 - 10 people. Self Defence Parties enable you to have a fun experience that teaches basic self defence skills in your own home.
Self defence parties are held in your comfort zone, with your friends, on your terms. We work with you to host a fun and memorable day/night.
Although our parties are run by women and for women, we welcome any male friends of yours brave enough to hang around -be warned though, we may use them for practice!
Our mission is to make self defence more accessible to women everywhere, so, if you can't make our regular classes in Altona Meadows gather some of your friends and family and host your own self defence party.

Who can participate in a self defence party?
Girls as young as 12 can benefit from our parties with participants of any size, fitness level and background encouraged to take part.
Basically, anyone can hold a self defence party, there are no prerequisites and no requirements beyond having enough space for us to move around in.
Our friendly and professional instructor will guide the group and ensure everyone is comfortable and having fun while learning new skills.
Where can I run a self defence party?
Parties usually held at our studio (94 Millers Road, Altona North). We can travel to your desired location for an added fee. Please contact us before booking.
How long are the parties
Our self defence course runs for approximately 1.5 hours.
